A 10 minute walk from the stunning dog friendly Crantock Beach and the Gannel Estuary, and 15 minute walk to Cubert Common; easy access onto the South West Coast path.
Located on the North Cornwall coast giving easy access to all the beauty of Cornwall.
Ideal for walkers, beach lovers and sightseers.
Watersports such as surfing, kayaking and paddle boarding available within 10 minutes walk, everything can be hired locally (seasonal).
Many top golf courses are within easy driving distance.
Newquay airport is a 20 minute taxi ride away.
