Holly Lodge at Woodcombe Lodges is just right if you’re looking for a big, comfy place by the sea for up to ten people. It’s got four bedrooms – two with king-size beds (one with an en-suite), a twin room, and a bunk room which is great for the kids. The lodge is packed with things to do right on your doorstep, including a games room, a play area for children, and even a putting green, all surrounded by three acres of lovely gardens. The holiday cottage is fully accessible, with plenty of space for wheelchairs and a specially designed wet room.
Woodcombe Lodges is only a short drive or a twenty-minute walk to Minehead, where you'll find the beach, lots of shops, and cafes. Minehead sits right between Exmoor National Park and the Quantock Hills, perfect for anyone who loves getting out in nature, whether walking, riding, or just watching wildlife. It’s also where the South West Coast Path starts and the old West Somerset Railway runs, so there’s loads to explore. Additional attractions like Dunster Castle, offering historical tours and beautiful gardens, and the Blenheim Gardens, ideal for a leisurely stroll or a picnic, are nearby. You can also visit the Tropiquaria Zoo, a great day out for families, or take a drive to the medieval village of Porlock, known for its quaint shops and local walks.
If you're coming with a large group or have a big family, Holly Lodge is part of Woodcombe Lodges, which includes seven other properties, so there’s often a chance to book a few places together if you need more space. It’s a great spot if you’re after a relaxed break with plenty of room, and with everything set up for an easy stay, including room for your dogs, it’s a hassle-free choice for getting away from it all.

Accommodation Comprises:
Holly Lodge is a single-storey property with lots of natural light. The social areas are central, with bedrooms spread around the outside of the L-shaped floorplan.
Outside: Holly Lodge has two verandas with outdoor furniture and panoramic views. There is parking for four cars next to the lodge. Guests can use the leisure amenities like the games room, putting green, and playground, set amongst three acres of grounds.
Additional Information: Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Bed linen is included. Bath towels can be hired for £5 a set. There is the option to take Holly Lodge without the bunk bedded room for parties of up to six. Smoking is not permitted on site.
