Greenhill Farmhouse is located within Greenhill Farm, which also hosts a caravan site approx. 500 yards from the house (but the house is secluded) and sits in over 400 acres of private land where guests can walk freely in the open countryside. The land also has four lakes which you can fish from - they are well stocked with bream, tench, roach & carp. The location is a walker's paradise with the chance to spot wild deer, foxes and birds of prey, all in their natural environment. The secure eight acre dog exercise field also gives your furry family members the chance to enjoy themselves off lead.
The farmhouse has everything you would need for a long or short stay for a large family gathering; with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. The dining room has seating for up to eight guests. The spacious, comfortable living room has sofas and easy chairs with wall mounted TV - perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring. The bedrooms are located on the first and second floors, offering a range of double beds, king size beds and twin bedrooms. On the second floor there are attic rooms that can be used as an additional living room area with wide screen TV.
The farmhouse benefits from a patio area that does catch the sun most of the day and a large private lawn area which is ideal for children to play safely. The farmhouse also has parking for up to three cars - please note that no commercial vehicles or minibuses are allowed on the site. The farmhouse is also pet friendly for up to two well behaved dogs, to be kept on the ground floor.

Ground Floor:
Entrance through a farmhouse door into a hallway with flagstone floor.
Kitchen with dining table and chairs, 5 ring hob, double oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and toaster. Chinaware, cutlery and cooking utensils all provided.
Utility Room with washing machine and dryer.
Dining Room with flagstone floors, dining table and seating for eight.
Spacious Living Room with sofas, easy chairs, wall mounted TV.
First Floor:
Bedroom One with king size bed, built in wardrobes, and En-suite Bathroom with shower, WC. and wash basin.
Bedroom Two with two double beds, built in wardrobes, and En-suite Bathroom with shower, WC.
Bedroom Three with a super king size bed, built in wardrobes.
Bedroom Four with a king size bed, built in wardrobes, and En-suite Bathroom with WC.
Family Bathroom with bath, WC, wash basin.
Second Floor:
Bedroom Five on floor three with two single beds, built in cupboards.
Bedroom Six on floor three with two single beds, built in cupboards.
Attic rooms for use as additional living room / den with wide screen TV.

There is a spacious private patio area with dining tables and chairs.
There is a large private lawn area which is ideal for children to play safely.
