Bolehill Farm Cottages comprises of 8 dog friendly self-catering cottages each sleeping between 1 and 6 people. All of our cottages are set around a tranquil courtyard and have their own enclosed seating spaces. The site covers 20 acres of land and is in an elevated position, so there are plenty of green spaces and views to enjoy. We are positioned on the top edge of Bakewell meaning that popular local attractions such as Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are close by.
Enjoy our site facilities such as a games room, dog paddocks, guest garden, laundry room, cycle store, BBQ area, field walk, outdoor games and more. Located next to a footpath meaning there are many 'walks from the door'. Nature and wildlife rejoice. Owners live on-site and we have an on-site Reception should we be able to assist you during your stay - we're here to help.
We offer flexible arrival and departure days any day of the week - minimum 2 night stay.
Hope Cottage was fully renovated throughout in 2022, it is our largest cottage with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it is a great space for couples, groups of friends or families. Sleeping up to 6 people (plus a cot).
Hope's entrance leads in to the dining area, with a large table along with chair and bench seating. The next part of this open-plan space lies the fully equipped kitchen which has a double oven, full size fridge/freezer and full size dishwasher. The cosy living room has a wide angled log burning stove with a stone mantel at the heart of the room.
The ground floor double bedroom leads off the dining room.
On the first floor, there is a twin-bedroom with exposed beams and adjoining en-suite shower room. The main bathroom, with exposed beams is located on the first floor, with a shower over bath. Leading on from the landing up a further short set of curved steps, takes you to the king-sized bedroom and en-suite bathroom, with bath and separate shower – this bedroom has a superb feeling of space with its vaulted ceiling.
Leading from the upstairs landing, there is a enclosed rustic outdoor seating area overlooking the glorious Guest Garden.
We accept up to 3 dogs staying in this cottage.
